Vintage Tobacco Accessories to Add to My Collection

Hi Friends,

I'm so glad your here, Today!

I'm so excited to share a few new pieces I found to incorporate into my Tobacco Accessories Collection.
***
The first treasure,

is a Climax Golden Twin plug tobacco tin, I'm thinking Circuit 1910-1920 a P. Lorillard Company in New York
ON THE INSIDE LID IT READS...

"To the gentlemen who likes a mild sweet chewing tobacco, this handy little piece of excellent quality, well be very attractive. Many chewers will take advantage of the opportunity it affords of buying a full pound box, then insuring a home supply of the tobacco in it's original freshness and perfect condition."
* there are 12 - 5 cent pieces in each box *

The tobacco tin also has a partial - 1 Pound Indian Tax Stamp - on the side of the tin.

I gave $15.00 for this tin which is a little pricey me.

However these kind of things I probably never find in my small town, but you never know.

I love the added color the tin brings to this grouping.

Second treasure,

is a 'DC Cigar Promotional Variety Box'.
That had been recycled into a sewing box. I won the bid at $21.03, which is also a bit high priced for me.

The box was cool, and I have all this extra sewing notions, 9 wooden spools of thread a thimble, around 18 bundles of color thread, packet bias tape and lace and two vintage sewing needle packs.

I don't think the box is vintage, but it looks great displayed with my other cigar boxes.

Lastly,
A bundle of small 'Match Boxes'.
these small match boxes date back to 1940's.

I won the bid of $2.00 each.

I would love to hear what you have found thrifting and how you style it in your home.

 So until my next post......

May God Bless You and Your Family. I'm Vicki a Colorado Junkett
