DIY Yarn Pumpkin Garland
Monday, September 23, 2019
Hello Fall
This year I'm adding orange pumpkins, bittersweet sprigs and of course the black and white check accents are everywhere.
A tray on the coffee table full of FALL leaves little orange and green pumpkins, dried corn cobs, acorns, sprigs of bitter sweet, and vine bowl fillers.
Another vignette with a hand painted buffalo checked pumpkin made from a Dollar Tree pumpkin form, stacked little orange and green pumpkins. Sprigs of bitter sweet and dried corn cobs tucked into a cigar box.
Thank you for stopping by to check out a few of my FALL vignettes, I'm sure there will be a few more diys to share.

Three Bunny Rustic Farmhouse - Welcome Sign for Spring
Hi Friends,
I finished another Spring/Easter craft project to add to my Spring décor. I had notice a similar sign over at Priscilla's Spring tour. Here is my attempt to recreate the bunny welcome sign
I used a scrap of black form board I had and drew out a ribbon for the welcome sign the bunnies are holding, painted it gray with some of my Cracker Barrel acrylic paints and wrote Welcome with a black sharpie.

Farmhouse Spring-DIY Project for Spring
Here on the mantel I put a little yellow chick into a pot that was laying on it's side. I also use the waverly chalk paint to paint some of the pots, and I stuck a little nest with some tiny bird eggs.
The Dollar Tree sells 3 1/2 inch pot two to a package and 2 1/2 inch pots 3 to a package. This was a very easy project and I think the pots added a nice touch to my seasonal decor.
I got this idea off of pinterest, go check it out there are so many ideas.
Let me know what you think of this project.
Thank you so much for stopping by, until next time ahve a wonderful day!

Hopping Windup Bunny Make Over
I found these cute wind-up bunnies at the Dollar Tree and thought I could embellish them to fill in some area of my Easter decor.
I just enlarged the ears of theses bunnies, by using white and pink felt I had in my craft stash. I think the bunnies turned out so cute.
Today I'm revamping wind-up chicks, the bunnies I did last wee turned out so, so, cute. I decided to

Black and White Gingham Bunnies
traced the bunny shape on to white form board from the "Dollar Tree".
Using scissor, I cut out the shape from the form board, realized the scissor did not make for a clean edge. I needed an x-acto knife or razor blade to get a clean cut.
Using a x-acto knife cut out the bunnies from the form board.
Using my new favorite black and white gingham fabric, traced the bunny shape on to the fabric and cut it out and glued to the form board.
This project turned out so cute, I decided to make two bunnies facing opposite directions for a variety.
Thank you for stopping by for another "Dollar Tree" DYI
Come back soon Vicki
